If I borrow something from another person, I take good care of their property. I realize their items may have sentimental value to them. I return items in a timely manner and ensure they are in the same condition as when I borrowed them.
When I am approached by timewasters, I resist the temptation. I make it clear that I prefer to be productive. It is easy for me to take that stance.
I live each moment as if it were my last. By doing so, I am compelled to be responsible at all times. I make the most of every minute.
Risks sometimes bring excitement. But, I avoid taking unnecessary risks. I do what I can to preserve my health and safety. I only take risks when the resulting benefits outweigh my hesitation.
Today, I reaffirm my standard for responsible living. I am usually happy with the outcome of situations when I take a responsible approach. It gives me peace of mind.
