My roots are firmly planted in positive virtues.

My life is a good example for others because my foundation is solidly planted in positive virtues. I am proud of the lessons learned and values earned, which allow me to have conviction and believe in myself.

It is easy to live an upright and exemplary lifestyle because of my value system. I stay true to it and strive to share it with others.

My children learn how to treat others by following my examples. They understand the importance and impact of respect and trust because they see those virtues in action in my life. I ensure they follow my actions when interacting with their peers.

I embrace the positive virtues taught to me by my parents. None of my childhood experiences with family are taken for granted, as they have helped to shape me into the person I am today. Kindness is a virtue that I strive to embrace every day. I use every opportunity to say kind words or do kind deeds.

I exercise a lot of patience in my day to day interactions with others. Sometimes it is not easy to remain calm, but I am able to do it.

When I think back to the positive outcome of past situations when I maintained my composure, I instantly recognize that it is indeed possible and rewarding for me to keep that disposition.

Today, I commit to remaining true to my value system. I commit to making it an ongoing part of my being so I can continue to live an upright life. It is my mission to keep my roots firmly planted in positive virtues.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. What positive virtues do I exemplify?
2. What situations in my life have challenged my convictions? How did I react?
3. How can I encourage my loved ones to stick to their beliefs?
